Eligibility
The certificate will only be available for students formally accepted by the University at Buffalo and matriculated in the university.

The certificate will be open to students who have an overall GPA of 2.5 in prerequisite courses, and must be completed concurrently with a bachelor’s degree.

Transfer students formally accepted by the University at Buffalo will be eligible for the Game Studies Certificate. Students must have completed the prerequisites or demonstrate equivalent experience in order to submit an application.

Certificate Conferral
The certificate will be awarded on completion of a bachelor’s degree at UB.
The certificate will be awarded with a graduation requirement of an overall GPA of 2.5 in certificate courses.
